CLSI Membership Application Page

There are two easy ways to join CLSI. You may click on the membership application icon at the right to download an application. Fill out the application and follow the directions for payment and mailing information, or you may submit your application via our easy, online application and submit payment via paypal using the button at the bottom of the page.

PAY FOR YOUR CLSI MEMBERSHIP AND DUES HERE

Pay your CLSI membership and dues online with the PayPal button at right. It's easy! You do NOT have to have a bank account linked to PayPal to use this feature.

Please note that you must manually enter the dollar amount of the transaction in where it says "Donation per Item." This will allow you to complete the transaction.
